REPORT CENTER

WOOSU AMS operates a report center to practice ethical management through the establishment of a transparent and fair organizational culture.

In order to realize the ethical management of WOOSU AMS, we operate a reporting channel to protect human rights, improve the working environment, prevent violations of laws and codes of ethics, and improve satisfaction, etc. by actively listening to consultations, opinions, and grievances of all stakeholders including customers and subcontractors, as well as our executives and employees, and by improving them. We endeavor to resolve the matters received in the WWOSU AMS' reporting channel, which leads to reception, resolution, and feedback, as soon as possible.

Unfair transaction based on school and regional ties

Unfair demand or provision of money, valuables, or entertainment.

Other acts that violate the Code of Ethics

Improvement of the fair trade-related system or violation of the law (Unfair demand for cost burden, unfair delay in payment, unfair contract change or suspension of transactions, unfair bidding restrictions or abuse of superior status, lack of transparency in deciding a subcontractor, etc.)

Improvement and violation of the internal accounting management system (Unfair accounting information entry and instruction during business processing, forgery, damage, destruction, and such instruction of accounting information, false entry in design/operation evaluation of the internal accounting management system, etc.)

INFORMER PROTECTION PROGRAM

- Reports will be received by the reception team that will notify the result.

- We keep the information of the informer strictly confidential so that the identity of the informer and the contents of the repot are not disclosed, upon request.

- Prohibition of disadvantages and discrimination in status due to legitimate reporting.

-In the event of receiving a disadvantage due to reporting, an informer may request correction of the relevant matter and protection, and we promise to take all measures to minimize the disadvantage.

-The same protection for those who cooperated with the investigation by providing statements and data in the process of confirming the facts of the report.

- Sanctions against illegal and unethical acts can be reduced when voluntarily reporting facts about them.
