WOOSU AMS Co., Ltd. is specialized in manufacturing and supplying major automotive components. Since its founding in
1983, long-standing partnership systems with global automakers such as Hyundai, Kia Motors, GM and Renault have been
established. With the supply contracts signed with Volkswagen Group in 2017 and Stellantis in 2018, we have been
supplying major automotive components to major overseas customers.

From being listed on the KOSDAQ in 2003 to entering overseas markets (India and Czech Republic) in 2007, establishing an
aluminum die casting factory in 2015, and acquiring Woosu TMM, a manufacturer of micro EVs and electric drive modules in
2019 and Woosu AMI, a manufacturer of interior/exterior/electronic accessories in 2020, we are actively responding to
rapid changes in the automotive industry.
